2. Personal data processed

In the course of a service request, the following categories may be processed to the extent you share them:

• Identity data (name, etc.)
• Contact data (phone, email, address)
• Service-related data (location, hospital/morgue/home, destination, preferred dates and times)
• Billing and official-process data (required documents, payment records)

We do not collect personal data via online forms on the website. Data is obtained mainly by phone, WhatsApp and in-person communication.

• Receiving and fulfilling funeral transport and related requests
• Scheduling, routing, vehicle and team planning
• Billing, collection and accounting
• Meeting legal obligations
• Communication and updates
• Resolving disputes and protecting legal rights

4. Legal bases

Processing is based on Article 5 of the Law: necessity for concluding or performing a contract, fulfilment of the controller’s legal obligations, and legitimate interests where required. Where explicit consent is needed, you will be informed separately.

5. Transfers

Data may be shared to the extent necessary to deliver the service (e.g. cemetery administrations, hospital/morgue units, transport or official counterparts) and with competent public authorities when legally required. Cross-border transfer occurs only for international transfer requests and in line with applicable rules.

6. Retention

Personal data is retained for as long as required by the processing purpose and by statutory limitation or retention periods; it is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law you may request to learn whether your data is processed; request information if it is; learn whether it is used for its purpose; learn the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction if incomplete or inaccurate; request deletion or destruction under the conditions in the Law; object to results arising against you from analysis by automated systems; and claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
